Aged in oak barrels, it is fruity with notes of ripe plums, blackberries, and marasca cherries preserved in alcohol. Gently spiced, it is reminiscent of pink peppercorns and rosemary accompanied by hints of violets. Best served at 18°C.

It is almost evening, and the sunset lights up the square of a typical village in the Marche region. A compact flock of swallows flies across the village.

Where do birds go when we do not see them?
Bird migration has something fascinating about it.

What we know is that swallows like to be in the winery with us, to accompany us at work, and to animate the sky with their flying geometries.
We often see them dive onto rainwater basins to drink and then rise again at high speed.
Swallows are sentinels of spring, but above all of the healthiness of an agricultural ecosystem.
And we are always very happy to welcome them around here; for this reason we dedicated our wine line to them: simple and everyday.
