Ours is a family-run winery<\/strong>\u00a0that still protects\u00a069 hectares of vineyards<\/strong>.
We produce native wines with a strong drive toward research and innovation \u2014 which for us means respect for the land, minimal intervention in the field, and organic production within a\u00a0sustainable economy<\/strong>.<\/p>

Our territory is not easy, but there is beauty everywhere: gullies that embroider rock walls, steep slopes and breathtaking landscapes, forests.

Not by chance, ours is an\u00a0Equalitas-certified winery<\/strong>, meaning a winery that meets environmental, economic, and social sustainability standards and is committed to maintaining them over time.
The Equalitas Certification<\/strong><\/a> is part of a broader project that we call\u00a0ethical vandalism<\/strong>, meaning making wine according to the principles of honest agriculture.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The Equalitas Certification is just the latest step in a journey begun years ago \u2014 instinctively, before it even had a name.
For years, we have followed a protocol attentive to the ecosystem that surrounds us.
We are an\u00a0Oasi Lipu<\/strong>\u00a0for biodiversity protection, our products are organic and vegan, and even before being organic, we applied integrated pest management protocols.
For packaging, we choose lightweight glass and FSC-certified paper.<\/p>

The principles of honest agriculture reflect who we are \u2014 not only in the way we cultivate the land but also in our relationships with those who work with us and in preserving a sustainable local economy.<\/p>

We could do things differently, of course, but at what cost?
For us, respect for the land and for people comes before everything else.

Our wines are appreciated both by those who seek the safe harbor of a historic winery and by young people who prefer lighter, more drinkable wines.
They are chosen by those who wish to drink little but well, and by those in search of an experience, an emotion.<\/p>

For us, wine supports conviviality<\/strong> \u2014 it is not the center of everything.
This is why we have recovered the stylistic and genuine character of the wines of the past, with a winemaking and viticultural approach focused on detail, on the everyday glass \u2014 then simply a glass \u2014 and on ease of drinking.<\/p>

Speaking about microclimate, soils, and the combination of factors that determine the uniqueness of a territory \u2014 what we call\u00a0terroir<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 is of primary importance.
These elements define the character of a wine and influence its sensory profile.<\/p>

Aromas and flavors develop during fermentation and maturation, enriching the wine with nuances that find their origin in the nature of a specific territory.
All this creates the peculiarities that make the grape variety the first and main source of taste identity within a macro-area.<\/p>

This can never be overlooked.
It is the reason why a wine can be recognized even when vinified in different areas by different people.<\/p>

Recognizability does not apply only to pure varieties \u2014 in our case,\u00a0Passerina<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Pecorino<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2014 but also extends to blends, such as our\u00a0Rosso Piceno Superiore<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
