They are organic wines with which we have created our bouquet.
It was an instinct: to bring to the label what we often have before our eyes.
Only when we saw all the bottles together did we realize we had created our own bouquet of wildflowers: broom, honeysuckle, sumac, forget-me-not, poppy, and borage. What freshness!
